This week on Mandate Mondays we had the chance to take a trip to India! Okay no we didn’t but we did get to try some of their amazing food. We went to the Pongal in Billerica, to get a few of Mayank’s home town favorites!
As for the beer, we had no choice but to go with the Taj Mahal Lager. Not a bad pairing for those who like light beer.
